Job summary

Manito Home Health, part of The Pennant Group, seeks a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to support patients across Coeur D'Alene and surrounding communities. This home-based role offers autonomy and the chance to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes.

You will conduct assessments, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Idaho licensure and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho OT license (or ability to obtain).
• One year of occupational therapy experience preferred; home-health experience a plus.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete ongoing interdisciplinary assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provides services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes, medications, and safety.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and internal team members.
• Develops treatment program and establishes goals for improved function.
• Participate in Full-Time scheduling as needed by the team.
