Job summary

Compassus is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide quality rehabilitative OT services in home health. You will initiate purposeful activities and coordinate with physicians, the care team, and families to implement care plans.

The role requires a BS in Occupational Therapy, a current OT license, and typically 1 year of related experience. You will work within an interdisciplinary team and contribute to patient outcomes and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
• At least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in acute care, home health, or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
• Active and unencumbered OT license in state(s) of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality rehabilitative occupational therapy to clients and initiates planned, purposeful activity.
• Completes OASIS assessments as appropriate and communicates with physician before start of care.
• Implements plans of care, educates team members, patients and families, and evaluates outcomes of care.
