Therapy Partner Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team in Cedartown, GA. You’ll manage a diverse caseload of patients in their homes, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary group.

Qualifications

• Graduate and licensed or in-process OT to serve home health patients.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes.
