Compassus is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. You will work directly with patients in their homes, promoting independence and safety through adaptive strategies and assistive devices.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage simple home assessments, and document progress for each patient’s care plan. AOTA guidelines apply and supervision is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program ( Associate Degree ).
• Current State Certification as an OTA.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide home health OT services to patients in their residence.
• Help patients perform tasks and adapt environments for safety.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize participation in daily activities.
