AMEDISYS HOME HEALTH in the Danbury area is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide full-time home health services during day visits. You will deliver comprehensive OT care under physician-approved plans of care, ensuring safety and treatment effectiveness while documenting promptly.

Formación

• Current state license to practice occupational therapy.
• ACOTE-accredited OT program graduate.
• Eligible for NBCOT certification examination.
• Minimum of one year related OT experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver occupational therapy services under physician-approved care plan.
• Ensure care plan addresses problems identified in assessments.
• Accountable for safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervise home health aide when RN is not active.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
