Responsibilities

Location: Brevard, Vero Beach FL

Employment Type: 1099 Contract / Per Visit

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health services to patients in their homes. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services according to the established Plan of Care
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Qualifications
