Projob LLC in Florida is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver home health services. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include documenting evaluations and outcomes, educating patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and home safety, and coordinating with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida OT license required.
• Minimum 1 year home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services according to the established Plan of Care.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately.

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health

Location: Brevard, Vero Beach FL

Employment Type: 1099 Contract / Per Visit

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health services to patients in their homes. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services according to the established Plan of Care
