Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Home Health in St. Louis, MO. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling (20–29 hours per week) and duties focused on delivering high-quality in-home therapy services.

The OTA will work with patients in their homes, promoting independence, completing assessments, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Travel and a valid driver's license are required; CPR certification is also necessary.

Qualifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a health care setting; home health preferred.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within designated geographic area.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes as part of a home health team.
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Promote independence and safety in the patient’s home environment.

Qualifications:
