Lifespan Therapy is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our California team serving East County San Diego, including Lakeside. You will provide skilled COTA care under the supervising Occupational Therapist, focusing on ADLs, home safety, and patient independence in home settings.

Our app-driven TherapySync platform handles scheduling, documentation, credentialing, referrals, and billing, so you can deliver patient-centered care with flexibility and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Valid California OTA license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Physical and TB test within the last year.

Responsibilities
