Lifespan Therapy in California is seeking a qualified Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant to support aging, homebound patients in our app-based network. You will implement plans developed by the supervising OT, focusing on ADLs and home safety while delivering high-quality care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Skilled COTA Care: Implement individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Perform Therapeutic Interventions: Focus on ADLs, adaptive equipment training, and home safety to help patients improve their independence and safety.
• Report Patient Progress: Document patient responses to treatment and communicate effectively with the supervising OT to ensure coordinated care.
• Manage Your Visits: Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on the plan of care.
• Document Efficiently: Use one simple EMR system for all notes (with tools available to minimize documentation time!).
