PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Willis, TX. You will partner with patients on recovery, aiming to restore independence and improve quality of life in their homes.

You will evaluate conditions, create treatment plans, implement strategies to improve daily living and mobility, educate families, and collaborate with the care team. Texas OT license and liability insurance are required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Willis, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas (required)
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required)
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferredStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities
