Job summary

Columbia River Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington to provide skilled services in patients’ homes across a Monday–Friday schedule. The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care with no required nights or weekends, offering competitive pay and strong support from a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
  • Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Instruct patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, energy conservation, and home exercise programs.
  • Complete thorough evaluations, progress updates, and discharge documentation accurately and on time.
  • Support safe discharge planning and facilitate transitions across care settings.

Location: Columbia River Home Health | Walla Walla, WA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | No nights or weekends required

Compensation & Benefits (based on employment status)

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
  • Licensed to practice as a Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington State (or able to obtain before start date)

  • One to two years of experience in occupational therapy; home health experience preferred

  • Current CPR certification

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
