Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support patients in the Kalispell area, providing skilled services in the home setting under physician orders and an approved plan of care. You will evaluate patients, develop daily living skills, instruct families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under the Branch Director to provide high-quality, compliant care.

Montana licensure is required; Medicare home health experience is preferred and ongoing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Montana.
• Minimum of one-year experience preferred; can be less with Regional VP approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT services in the home per physician orders and plan of care under supervision of Branch Director.
• Develop and advance daily living skills and basic motor functions for patients.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate with the care team to support safe, effective home-based care.
