PARS Therapy in Center, TX seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will partner with patients on recovery journeys, helping them regain independence in the comfort of their own homes.

The role focuses on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. You will provide skilled services to homebound clients eligible for Medicare, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to tailor interventions.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse patient personalities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.

Onsite - Center, TX PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Center, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands‑on interventions tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Essential Job Functions
