PARS Therapy in Wilmer, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. In this role, you will assess patients in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, and support recovery to promote independence and improve quality of life.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver skilled services to homebound clients eligible for Medicare. Ideal candidates have Texas OT licensure, liability coverage, and a degree in Occupational

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilledOccupational Therapistto join our home health care team in Wilmer, TX.In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.
As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands‑on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
Essential Job Functions

Requirements:
