Job summary

Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OTR) to support pediatric patients in home settings. The intake team builds caseloads near your home to minimize drive time and maximize patient interaction.

You will assess and implement individualized OT plans for children aged 0–21, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and document progress in compliance with agency standards. Flexible scheduling and full-/part-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Active OTR certification and Texas state license required.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred; new grads with pediatric fieldwork encouraged.
• Collaborative, energetic professional who thrives in a home-based setting.

Compensation

$60-$70/hr. | Full-time and part-time opportunities available

What You’ll Do

Who We’re Looking For

• Active OTR certification and valid Texas state license
• Experience in pediatric therapy preferred (new grads with pediatric fieldwork experience encouraged to apply)

Patient Population

You’ll primarily work with children (ages 0–21) presenting with diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, cerebral palsy, and fine/gross motor challenges.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain various postures (kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting) for extended periods
• Walk and run for extended periods
• Transition independently from sitting to standing
• Utilize quick body movements as required by behavior intervention plans
• Lift a minimum of 25 pounds
• Transfer, position, and transport patients and adaptive equipment
• Read written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper
• Perform data collection using electronic devices
