Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our Stevens Point service area in Wisconsin. Enjoy a flexible schedule, autonomy, and a supportive team that values clinicians, with opportunities for full-time day shifts and PRN work.

Competenze

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current Wisconsin OT license and NBCOT certification.
• At least 1 year of OT experience preferred.

• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on outcomes.

Qualifications:

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
