Job summary

Pathwell Health in Manassas, VA, seeks a compassionate Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to assess, plan, and deliver rehabilitative services in clients’ homes, helping them regain independence.

You will develop and implement plans of care, educate clients and families, and document outcomes, while collaborating with physicians and caregivers to promote safe, effective therapy in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Connecticut Occupational Therapist license in Virginia (required).
• Recent work experience in home health (preferred).
• Driver's License, Car Insurance, Car Registration.
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for timekeeping, in-servicing, and documentation.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities
