Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an Occupational Therapist to help patients in their homes improve daily living activities and motor functions. You will provide skilled OT services according to physician orders and the established plan of care, teaching families and health-care teammates under supervision of the Branch Director.

The role requires graduation from an OT program and active Florida licensure, with one year of home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved OT program and Florida OT license.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred; can be considered with leadership approvals.
• Medicare home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients improve daily living and motor functions at home.
• Provide skilled OT services per physician orders and plan of care.
• Educate and support family and care team under Branch Director supervision.
