The Occupational Therapist (OT, OTR) in Home Health is responsible for assessing and evaluating patients' care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, home assessments, adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions. Based on assessments, the OT helps determine treatment plans, performs interventions to improve patient well-being, and evaluates patient progress.
