Amedisys is a leading home health and hospice provider in the United States. We are hiring an Occupational Therapist for PRN Weekdays to support patients in their homes.

You will work under a physician-approved plan of care, delivering comprehensive OT services that promote safety, independence, and quality of life. Qualifications

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• NBCOT exam eligibility or completion.
• One year of related OT experience; mentoring if less than 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services per physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan of care addresses identified problems.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervise home health aide when RN not active in the case.
• Other duties as assigned.
