Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Pensacola, FL. This role involves providing expert, patient-centered care in home health settings. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and supervising assistants while maintaining communication with the treatment team. A flexible PRN schedule is available, along with numerous employee benefits. A minimum of two years of experience and appropriate licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in adult occupational therapy; home health experience preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• CPR certification may be offered upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment based upon physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in patient care.
