Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid CPR certification and Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mobility, coordination, strength and current level of function.
• Provide written evaluation and a plan of care for occupational therapy needs.
• Deliver services to comply with prescribed physician orders.
• Document client performance and modify goals as needed.
• Supervise other personnel such as OTA or HHA.
