BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a **Full Time New Grad Occupational Therapist** in Springfield, MO. You will provide 1:1 home care, perform comprehensive evaluations, and develop personalized plans with our interdisciplinary team.

New grads welcome. We offer hands-on training, flexible schedules, and a retention bonus of $30,000 for full-time employment. Travel locally to cases and use EMR for documentation.

Qualifications

• Missouri OT license required.
• Graduation from ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Travel locally to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status including muscle function, endurance and ADLs/IADLs.
• Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve outcomes.
• Assess home environment for hazards or barriers.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Collaborate with nursing in multidisciplinary care plans.
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care.
• Document observations and interventions using EMR tablet.
