Qualifications

• Outpatient experience required or preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.
• Experience with ADLs and facilitating daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine needs and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve daily living and working skills.
• Provide therapeutic exercises to enhance motor skills and coordination.
