Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one OT services in patients’ homes, helping them live safely and productively. You’ll assist patients and families in adapting environments, modifying tasks, and using equipment to enhance daily participation and quality of life.

Minimum qualifications include a BS in OT, current state OT license, valid driver’s license, CPR/TB/Hepatitis clearance, and at least two years of OT experience in acute or rehab settings.

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.
• Current State License as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current CPR, TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Two years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with patients in their home to deliver OT services.
• Empower patients to perform daily activities safely and independently.
• Adapt environments and tasks to improve participation and quality of life.

Minimum Qualifications
