Job summary

Ace Home Health Care & Hospice in the Bay Area seeks an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist to serve Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, Hayward and surrounding communities. This field-based role offers full-time and per diem opportunities with a flexible schedule within your assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required

• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license

ACE Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist for a field-based position serving Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, and Hayward.
