Job summary

East Palestine Elementary School area seeks compassionate LPNs and RNs for home health care assignments in Maryland. Training available for G-tube, trach, and vent care as needed. Supervisors provide ongoing guidance to new nurses.

Responsibilities include one-on-one home visits, assessments, medication administration, and thorough documentation. Strong independence and pediatric experience are a plus. Pay ranges with licensure and experience apply.

Qualifications

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license (LPN or RN).
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one in the client's home.
• Complete nursing assessment.
• Administer medication & treatments as prescribed by the Plan of Care.
• Document nursing notes clearly and concisely.
