Qualifications

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in MD or a Multistate compact license.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Willing to train in G-tube, trach, and vent care.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one in the client’s home.
• Perform nursing assessments and administer medications per Plan of Care.
• Document nursing notes clearly and concisely.
