VISITING NURSE SERVICES OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, LLC in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will create and manage patient care plans, observe and communicate effectively, and apply current nursing practices with compassion as you travel across Lake, Marion and Sumter counties.

The role requires an active RN license, strong interpersonal skills, and a valid driver's license. CPR/First Aid certification is required, and prior RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in the state of employment.
• Previous RN experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes

Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients. You are a Registered Nurse (RN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong penchant for solving problems. This job requires you to travel the West Central Florida area, primarily Lake, Marion and Sumter counties.
