Silver Lining Homecare Inc offers in-home nursing services to older adults across behavioral health and geriatric care in Illinois. We are seeking compassionate nurses who can deliver patient-centered care at patients’ homes, drive between locations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

We value experience with EMR systems, reliable charting, and a commitment to high-quality care. Flexible scheduling and competitive benefits are provided to support work-life balance.

Formación

• Illinois RN or LPN license is required.
• Graduation from an approved nursing school is required.
• At least one year of RN experience and the ability to provide quality patient care.
• Current driver’s license and ability to drive between patient locations.
• Ability to meet charting deadlines and manage schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered in-home care.

• Document care and chart in EMR on schedule.

Requirements

We are looking for compassionate nurses with:

• Illinois RN or LPN license
• Graduated from an approved school of nursing
• One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~100% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
