Job Title: Ventilator Certified RN/LPN
Company: Support Broker Services, LLC.
Location: East Side of Madison

Are you a compassionate and dedicated ventilator-certified Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a significant impact in someone's life? Support Broker Services, LLC. is excited to invite you to join our team, providing exceptional care to a remarkable individual in the East Side of Madison. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute meaningfully while working in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Position Overview:

• Shifts: 12-hour shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM
• Days Needed: Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and every other Sunday

Compensation:

• RN Starting Pay: $44.63 per hour
• LPN Starting Pay: $29.75 per hour
• Payment Processed Through: Forward Health

About the Client:
You will be providing care for an individual with Muscular Dystrophy, who experiences the mobility challenges of a quadriplegic. This dedicated client requires 24/7 ventilator support and is also insulin-dependent. He utilizes an electric hoyer lift for transfers and communicates his care needs via direct verbal instructions from his motorized wheelchair.
