Giving Home Health Care in Jemez Springs, NM is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for in-home care on a 1099 contract basis. You will administer patient care per physician plans, document thoroughly, and collaborate with CNAs, case managers, and physicians at the patient's home. Schedule spans 8a–8p and 8p–8a, Monday through Sunday.
You must hold an active NM (or compact) nursing license, CPR, TB testing, and be willing to travel to patient homes. Prior home health experience is preferred.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Jemez Springs, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
Schedule: Monday - Sunday 8a - 8p and 8p to 8a
You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with CNA's, HHA's, Case Managers, and the patient's physicians.
