Job summary

HCA Healthcare in Austin, TX seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate home health care, collaborating with RNs and care team to manage medical needs and promote independence—one home visit at a time.

Responsibilities include wound care, medication administration, documenting assessments, monitoring status, and educating patients and families to support adherence. Requires LPN/LVN license, DL, vocational schooling, and BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date

As a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) at HCA Healthcare, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, personalized care to patients in the comfort of their homes. In collaboration with the Registered Nurse and care team, you’ll help manage medical needs and promote their independence – caring for patients like family, one home visit at a time.
