Job summary

Heralds Home Health in the Los Angeles Harbor Area seeks LVNs for flexible, per diem home health visits. Work across San Pedro, Carson, Lomita, Harbor City, Wilmington, and surrounding communities, with local patient assignments based on availability and an experienced clinical team to support you.

Responsibilities include skilled nursing visits, wound care, patient progress monitoring, and caregiver education, with coordination of care through the RN Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license.
• Strong nursing assessment and clinical skills.
• Home health experience preferred.

Position: Per Diem / Field LVN
