Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed RN to provide skilled nursing care in the home setting across Austin, TX. You will implement physician orders, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires an active RN license in Texas, at least one year of nursing experience, and reliable transportation. A driver license and CPR certification are essential; Medicare home health or hospice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients in home health or hospice according to physician orders and plan of care.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
