Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Home Health LVN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes in Arlington, TX. The role operates under RN supervision in a contract, full-time capacity with a 40-hour week and hourly pay of $33.

The LPN/LVN must be licensed in TX, have at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred), and meet all regulatory requirements, including CPR and health clearance, to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in TX.
• One year nursing experience; home care preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• CPR current.
• TB screening/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate current (per contract/regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care to patients in their home under RN supervision.
• Accompany patients to appointments as indicated.
