Job summary

Renew Home Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home care across the Denton area. This full-time role offers a steady schedule, meaningful one-on-one patient time, and the support of an experienced clinical team.

You will perform skilled LVN tasks per each patient’s plan of care, track vitals, coordinate with RNs and physicians, and coach families on managing care between visits. AI-assisted documentation helps reduce paperwork so you can focus on patients.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license in good standing.
• Home health experience is a plus.
• Solid clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled LVN care per each patient’s plan of care.
• Track vitals, wounds, medications, and changes in condition.
• Coordinate closely with RN case managers and physicians.
