Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of pediatric experience in acute hospital or home health care preferred.
  • Knowledge of nursing standards as set by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Administer nursing procedures, manage medications, and provide treatments following physician orders and scope of practice.
  • Promote a safe environment by educating families on home safety, infection control, and fall prevention.
  • Maintain clear communication with the RN Case Manager and other team members to coordinate and enhance care quality.
  • Document all care delivery accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Train families in home care practices and collaborate creatively to meet care objectives.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • RN or LPN licensed in Iowa.
  • 1-2 years of pediatric experience in acute hospital or home health care preferred.
