• Certificat RN ou LPN requis.
• Expérience en soins pédiatriques privilégiée mais non obligatoire.
• Capacité à fournir des soins individualisés aux enfants avec des besoins médicaux complexes.

Responsibilities

• Fournir des soins 1:1 aux jeunes patients chez eux.

THE POSITION

Location: Mankato, MN

• Hours: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Saturday nights (from September to March).
• Client Specifics: 9 year old with trach, vent, and g-tube.
• Hours:
  • Thursday-Monday days.
  • Tuesday, Friday, Saturday nights.
• Client Specifics: 6 year old with trach, vent, and g-tube.
• Hours:
  • Monday & Sunday days.
  • Monday & Tuesday evening.
  • Friday-Sunday nights.
• Client Specifics: 20 year old with vent and gj-tube.

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $26.00 to $42.00 hourly which is based on license, experience, qualifications, scheduled hours, and acuity of the client.
