Anova Health Care Services is hiring a full-time LPN to provide high-quality home health care for patients in the Washington area, with coverage that can stretch into the South Hills. Monday through Friday, daytime hours.

You'll be part of a full interdisciplinary team with clinical support, a family-run environment, and real-time patient contact. We value compassionate care and stable, supportive scheduling.

Formación

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license and CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of home health experience.
• Ability to handle a variety of care tasks within a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate approach and ability to handle stress.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Record patient medical history accurately and compose patient charts.
• Take and record vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, and more.
• Observe patients under treatment to track progress and identify medication side effects.
• Monitor patient condition, including fluid intake and output.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as eating and bathing.
• Administer injections and prescribed medications, clean and dress wounds, and perform other basic care tasks.
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Communicate with families to offer guidance, comfort, and discharge instructions.
• Document clinical notes clearly and concisely.

Anova Health Care Services is hiring a full-time LPN to provide the highest-quality care for patients in their homes across the Washington area, with coverage that can stretch into the South Hills. Monday through Friday, daytime hours.

No race between doors. You get real time with each patient, because good home health care isn't something you rush.
