Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to acutely or chronically ill patients in their homes within the Canton, OH area. You will document visits, coordinate care with the health team, and work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The role offers hourly pay ranging from $22.90 to $34.35, plus a comprehensive benefits package and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and access to dependable transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical nursing care in patients' homes as prescribed.
• Document patient visits and progress in the electronic medical record.
• Coordinate care with the health team and notify changes in condition.
• Work under supervision of RN or supervisor and adapt to various home settings.
