Job summary

Qualifications

• Delivery of patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Identify and maintain teaching plans for patient and caregivers
• Follow plan of care and monitor patient response
• Utilize nursing knowledge in medication administration and evaluation

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care to assigned patients, including IV infusions and pumps
• Identify and implement teaching plans for patients and caregivers
• Follow plan of care and collaborate with RN on changes in status
• Administer medications and evaluate effectiveness when applicable
