Qualifications

• 2+ years nursing experience, geriatrics preferred.
• New nurses welcomed; strong training program.
• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient status; write plan of care.
• Re-evaluate patient and family needs regularly.
• Revise care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications per physician's plan.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and EMR entries.
• Communicate with physicians about patient needs.
