Job summary

PurposeCare seeks licensed nurses to provide in-home care across Indianapolis and surrounding communities. You will deliver skilled nursing visits, address patient needs in the home, and collaborate with families to ensure comfort and safety.

You will work with autonomy, manage your caseload, and enjoy flexible scheduling while making a real impact on patients’ daily lives and recovery at home.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled visits to patients in their homes addressing their needs.
• Build meaningful, one-on-one connections with patients and families in their homes; exercise clinical autonomy to deliver quality care.
