The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team in Goodlettsville, TN. This full-time role focuses on delivering quality patient care in the home setting, supporting families, and coordinating with the care team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The LPN is responsible for providing quality patient care and performing skilled care in the patient's home. A few position highlights include:
