Qualifications

• Current LVN license in Texas
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Kinnser/WellSky)
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
