Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Home Health

Pediatrics | Special Needs | Military Families

$27-37/hr (based on experience and case)

Whether you're a new grad or a seasoned nurse, we offer the structure, support, and training you need to feel confident in the field. Our experienced clinical team is here to mentor and guide you every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

· Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

· Follow individualized care plans and clinical protocols

· Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising RNs or physicians

· Educate patients and caregivers on medication management, disease processes, and home safety

· Document care provided in compliance with agency and state standards Basic Skills & Requirements:

· Valid California LVN license - We take NEW GRADS

· Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to patient homes

· Basic understanding of wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring

· Strong communication and time management skills
