Job summary

AdvisaCare in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty home care. Join a 1-on-1 care model with a focus on quality, compassion, and consistency.

We offer day or night shifts, flexible scheduling, medical benefits, PTO, orientation, and 24/7 staffing support to help you provide exceptional in-home care to clients in the Grand Rapids area.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Experience using MAR/TAR and treatment administration records.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• 1+ year of private duty home care nursing is a plus.
• Availability for day or night shifts, weekends, and visit-based scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care visits to clients.
• Follow care plans and document care using MAR/TAR.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medications as directed.
• Communicate with families and supervisors to ensure quality care.
