Job summary

AdvisaCare in Holt, MI is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to deliver one-on-one in-home care for private duty clients. The role supports patients during 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and offers PRN, PT, or FT schedules.

Applicants must hold a Michigan nursing license, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license. Background check and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan nursing license (LPN or RN).
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities
